SRGB controller is used for sequential lighting of the stairs steps.
RGB and SINGLE COLOR strips can be used.
The back light is switched on/off automatically, depending on the motion directions.
This is a plug and play version, no need programming skills.
All settings are available through push button menu with a visual feedback
(without complex multi-level menus) in real time.
It allows installers and users of SRGB lighting systems to enjoy the simplicity of use.
HOW TO BUILD
There are two types of Drivers which has to be installed to let the board controlling the led strips.
RGB Driver – for SMD5050 4wire led strip(RGB STRIP)
MONO Driver – for SMD3528, 2wire 5050 and 2835 led strip(NO RGB STRIP)
WS22811, 22812 led strips can be connected directly to the board outputs.(see connection layout bellow)
Compatible motion sensor types: AM312, HC-SR501, SR602, CH-SR505, IR-2Y0A21.
Any different one can be used, as long as the output signal is logic high (2.7-5V), when triggered.
As an option -the board (SRGB) can be connected to SMART HOME RELAY to control sun-set / sun-rise mode or simple light resistor can be used. (see drw bellow)
Recommended maximum load per one channel is 25W, it is appx. 2.5m of 5050@60led/m. (no RGB)
and appx. 1.0m of RGB 5050@60led/m.
Recommended wire size is: Main line 3xAWG 20 / 0.5mm2 , Sensor line 3xAWG 22 / 0.3mm2.
Connect a power supply.
(The dot on the display will light red)
Touch SET-UP button.
O Digit zero will light up. Now you can setup a step qty by pushing UP or DOWN buttons, minimum qty is 3.
Check the qty of lighted steps.
Touch MENU button to scroll through all settings. (0-9)
1 Digit one. Now you can adjust delay -the time before the stairs will go off. Touch UP or DOWN button to
change settings. By default , delay is 15sec. Watch the quantity of lighted steps:1=15sec , 2=30sec ,3=45sec ,
2 Digit two. Now you can adjust brightness. By default the brightness is set to max. Touch UP or DOWN
button to change settings. Watch a stair visual feedback.
3 Digit three. Now you can switch ON or OFF the backlight of first and last steps in standby mode. Touch UP or DOWN
button to change settings.
4 Digit four. If light resistor connected, by pushing UP or DOWN button you can adjust a light sensitivity.
By default the Night mode is active, first and last starts will blink. It means that at present ambient light the
controller is in Night mode (Active). By pushing DOWN button you can change sensitivity. When the stairs stops
blinking the controller goes in Day mode (OFF). Now controller knows the light level when to change over the
If SMART HOME relay is attached, then you can setup a day/night mode trough the web interface.
Relay ON –Day Mode. Relay OFF – Night Mode.
5 Digit five. Now you can adjust fade in speed. Touch UP or DOWN button to change settings.
Watch the stairs visual feedback.
6 Digit six. Now you can adjust fade out speed. Touch UP or DOWN button to change settings.
Watch the stairs visual feedback.
7 Digit seven. Now you can switch between sequence modes. Touch UP or DOWN button to change it.
a. Fade in/out one by one. b. Fade in/out simultaneously. c. Switch all led ON. (Constantly ON)
8 Digit eight. Now you can switch between RGB and ONE COLOUR mode. By default the mode is RGB. All stairs
steps will glow in different colours. Touch DOWN button if to choose ONE COLOUR mode. All stairs steps will light
up in same colour. If ONE COLOR mode is selected, the 9th setup level will be bypassed. For one colour mode –
Mono driver should be used. (See connection drw.)
9 Digit nine. If RGB mode is selected, touch UP or DOWN buttons to rotate the color wheel. Push it again to stop.
If the color is chosen, push SET-UP button to exit settings.
You can push UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously to simulate bottom sensor trigger.
